Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our returns portal or contact concierge to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the frames, case, and certificate in the original shipping box to ensure protection during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to the exterior of the package.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once received, our quality control team will inspect the item. Approved returns are processed within 5-7 business days.
